Virtual Meeting Notes:

Zoom – Participants can do one of the following to join a meeting:

• • • dial in and enter Meeting ID, (if asked to enter participant ID, you can bypass by hitting #), enter password if prompted.
    • go to Zoom.us  click on ‘Join a Meeting’ and then enter Meeting ID
    • click on ‘Join Meeting Link’

Free Conference Call – Participants can dial in and enter Access Code when prompted.

The LaCrosse meeting starts at 12:30 pm but newcomers are encouraged to attend at Noon for a Newcomers Meeting.

Some meetings will have in-person meetings in conjunction with a Virtual meeting at the same time – this is generally called a Hybrid Meeting.

Some meetings ask that you call the meeting host to obtain information about how to connect with the meeting, this information is in the ‘Important Notes’ section in the listing.
